Foggy January Morning
Its a foggy January morning and I just got finished feeding all the livestock. It is so quiet in the winter without any bugs humming and buzzing. Even the birds are quieter during the winter. On my way down the hill to the goat barn and coop, I can hear Wade and Nessa bleating now and then. Some mornings I can also hear the dogs on the other side of the ridge park but not today. Today Mr. B. didn’t even come with me as it was too damp for his delicate sensibilities.
For some reason, gray days like this don’t bother me. People complain about seasonal depression, especially in January. I am just so happy to have seasons that I try to soak up beauty even on foggy mornings.
Have a wonderful day!
